1. Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based in San Antonio and Austin, Texas, however we are happy to travel. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.
2. Can I customize a package to fit my specific needs?
Absolutely! Every client's needs are unique, and we are happy to customize a package that fits your goals, timeline, and budget. We also offer monthly retainer options for clients who need consistent photo and video content throughout the month.
3. How long does it take to receive the final edited images or video?
It varies by project, however the typical turnaround time is 2-3 days for photos and 3-5 days for videos. Rush delivery is available for an added fee.
4. How do I book with you?
You can book by calling, emailing or through the contact form. Once we confirm the details, I will send an invoice and secure your date(s).
5. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reaching out at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred dates. For larger projects, booking 3-4 weeks ahead is ideal.
Don't worry if your timeline is tight, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
6. How will I receive my photos/videos?
Final edits are delivered digitally through a private online gallery and download link.
7. What payment methods do you accept ?
We accept Credit/Debit cards, and Zelle.
